DAY WALK Distance =8 miles

MEET : 10.00am in Marefield Lane, Tilton On The Hill

Near Rose & Crown pub LE7 9LF

ROUTE : From Marefield Lane, taking a footpath to Marefield, we then walk 2 miles along

quiet country lanes to Lowesby Park. Then we follow a path leading onto the Midshires Way,

which takes us back to Tilton, finishing between 4pm-5pm.

TERRAIN : Moderate and slightly hilly

MAP : OS Explorer 233 Leicester & Hinkley

REFRESHMENTS : Bring a packed lunch

Also we hope to have a break at the end of the walk in the Rose & Crown.
