village centre, Walton on the Wolds
LE12 8HT.
DETAILS : From Walton, we walk to Prestwold Park then follow a path to Big Ling Spinney, Mere Hill Spinney and on to
Cotes. Then on to Burton Randall Farm, Manor Lodge Farm, then connect with a path crossing Barrow Road and back to Walton. Bring a packed lunch.
DISTANCE : 7 miles
TERRAIN : Moderate, could be a bit hilly.
MAP : O/S 246 Loughborough
NB : Try to park close to pub or on the grassy verge of nearby Six Hills Road.
